Notes: AdJuice’s “Merchant Referral Model” pays $100 for every independent marketing representative (IMR) personally enrolled, and $25 goes into a Quarterly Bonus Incentive Pool. Each new AdJuice IMR is required to refer four potential merchants that he/she agrees to contact. An IMR earns 15% commission on each deal he/she negotiates with a local merchant. AdJuice takes 5% of the gross profit from all daily deals and applies it to a profit sharing pool.
